OneFifty Welcomes Four New Artists to Slate
OneFifty has seen tremendous growth since its 2015 founding, and this year we welcome the latest artists to our content incubator: Skye Townsend, Nabil Elderkin, Jennifer Suhr and Carolyn Mao!

JENNIFER SUHR, CAROLYN MAO
Jennifer is a writer/director who co-created, wrote, and directed the acclaimed web series American Viral starring Michael Showalter, as well as a web series for Subway and My Damn Channel (IFC at SXSW). She is currently developing a OneFifty workplace comedy about people with no workplace and her first feature, You and Me Both, supported by Tribeca, NALIP, and Film Independent. Her feature script, Out There, was selected for NYU’s Purple List and her original comedy pilot Class Of was a semi-finalist in the Seriesfest Storytellers Initiative 2015. Jennifer works in partnership with producer Carolyn Mao in OneFifty.

NABIL ELDERKIN
Nabil is a director and photographer who has created visuals on a variety of media platforms, from advertising campaigns to magazine editorials, artist branding, books, music videos and film. Elderkin’s focus is telling stories through film, the format he calls the “ultimate progression” for him as a photographer. Prior to joining OneFifty, he collaborated with artists Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Frank Ocean, Nas, Bon Iver, The Black Eyed Peas, K’naan, Seal, and John Legend; record labels Capitol Records, Universal Music, Sony, and Warner Bros.; print and broadcast media Billboard, Rolling Stone, Vogue, MTV, Rizzoli; fashion personalities Jeremy Scott and Heidi Klum; and manufacturers Coca Cola, Foot Locker, Nike, Adidas and Vans.

SKYE TOWNSEND
The charismatic actress and singer-songwriter from Los Angeles is known for her spot-on celebrity impersonations and sketch comedy YouTube videos, which have garnered millions of views and led to TV roles, pilots and creative projects. Skye is most known for hosting the BET Experience and her web series “8 Days a Week.” Skye has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry while growing as an R&B singer who infuses her music with exotic instruments and hints of jazz. She said, “I am not just a singer nor am I just an actress. I am an artist. I also aspire to be a humanitarian…When I open my mouth, I want to speak and be heard.”
We look forward to showcasing these artists and sharing their OneFifty projects with you in the coming year.
